tried switching office 2019 to 32 bit instead of 64 bit since Office 365 has defaulted to 64 bit installations now tried to downgrade to a previous version of adobe hoping it was a recent patch Files Wont Upload on Chrome and Edge: Files wont upload to web pages or as attachments in email in.
tried to disable security (enhanced) settings in adobe When I try to open Task Manager, it also freezes. uninstalled both adobe and office 2019 (using office 365 download) You have to clear the file locks on these files by rebooting the computer and then clear all files from the temp folder. In Place backup is enabled for the second mailbox. For some reason the attachment files once copied to the temp folder are getting locked and will not open. Users are configured with personal user mailbox and secondary user mailbox (50Gb in size) which is not cached. Things i have tried that have NOT worked: We have multiple Outlook 365 users experiencing freezes/white screen from 10 seconds to 5 minutes or more when using a large shared user mailbox. Click Go at the bottom and uncheck Outlookaddins. Then once Outlook opens, go to Tools, then Trust Center, then Addins. Ive narrowed this down to as well when the adobe acrobat 64bitmapibroker/32bitmapibroker process is forced closed outlook will start working again. Open Outlook as an Administrator by going to C rograms/Microsoft office/Office12 and right clicking on the Outlook exe program. I have 1 PC right now claiming this issue although others might be in the same boat, windows 10 pro on the newest build no updates that is on the newest version of adobe reader. We two are experiencing this exact same issue.
